• Full name • Contact information (KakaoTalk ID / WhatsApp / Email) • Resume/CV content (which may include education history, work experience, and photographs)
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The personal information collected is used solely for the following purpose:
• Recruitment evaluation and follow-up communication with Religa
Information collected will not be used for any purpose beyond the above, and will not be provided to third parties without your consent.
3. Data Retention Period
• For applicants who are not ultimately hired, personal information will be retained for 8 months from the date of collection, after which it will be securely destroyed. • For applicants who are hired, data will be managed separately in accordance with applicable laws and the employment contract.
4. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Applicants may exercise the following rights at any time:
• Request access to their personal information • Request correction of their personal information • Request deletion of their personal information

5. International Data Transfer
For applicants residing in South Korea, the personal information you submit will be transferred to and processed by Religa Limited, located in Malta.
This international transfer is carried out in compliance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and South Korea’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information.
